This is a 1995 Barbie Civil War Nurse Collector Edition American Stories Collection. Doll Comes Complete, and never removed from her box. See photos of actual item you are buying.
 
 Travel to the battle at Gettysburg as Barbie® tends the wounded in her nurse's uniform. She's pure inspiration in her blue and white striped dress, crisp white apron and cape coat draped across her shoulders. She even comes ready for action with her own medical bag.      
        Girls are sure to love this ministering angel. From the American Stories Series™, this beautiful Barbie® doll even comes with her own storybook Helpful Heart,  that teaches kids about life during Civil War times.

Box has some wear, the plastic has a indention or scratch, light scuffs, edge wear, crease on the box bottom, doll is mint See photos of actual doll you are buying,  and box  may have additional dings/dents/creases/scuffs/sticker, (in case I missed something)  What a wonderful addition to any collection. Doll has never been removed and she is mint, box is good!
