Boiler

Up for auction is a 1995 Cleaver Brooks Model 68-LH Boiler, Serial #WG-3857.  This is a watertube boiler, rated at 60,000 pounds per hour steam, with a 260psi design pressure, set up for natural gas.  It was installed and used for the 1996-2003 heating seasons for supplemental capacity (they had two other boilers).  The boiler was used from October thru March of these eight years, and was laid up and maintained during the off-season.   It was permanently laid up (dry) after the 2003 season, when the plant was closed and moved offshore.

The burner is a Todd Model CB74FGX.  With FGR (flue gas recirculation), the burner will be Low Nox.

Also included is a Cleaver Brooks Boilermate Model 42 Deareator.

It comes complete with all the valves, gas train, and manuals.

The boiler has been deinstalled, and moved out of the building and under a protective awning on the adjacent property.  The price includes loading it on a trailer for shipping.  We also have access to a rail siding approximately 15 miles from the plant.  We can help with trucking quotations if needed.
