Up for sale is this Waterworld pinball machine! Manufactured by Gottlieb in 1995, a 1-4 player unit. This machine is in excellent condition and is working 100%. It was just cleaned and serviced by a professional technician. It has all new rubber rings, new bulbs, and we replaced several worn connectors and wires. While it was based on an arguably bad Kevin Costner movie, the pinball is awesome! The object aside from getting a good score, is to collect dirt just like the film. Dirt is money and can be used to buy useful items within the game. Dennis Hopper's voice chimes in with comments, and tell's you when to "sink the Deez"! The Deez is an animatronic ship in the middle of the playfield. When you hit the right shots, it simulates a wave capsizing the vessel as the unit rolls over, very cool. There is also a moving jet ski and a lot or ramps and habitrails that the ball travels along. Several video modes add to the fun and the light show generated by the playfield is spectacular, lots of flashers that distract you and make the game more challenging. This machine was over $4,000 brand new, so you are getting it at a fraction of the cost.
As you will see in the many pics, this machine is in great shape overall. The playfield is in excellent condition, flawless other than some wear in front of the flippers. Only close examination will show a few other tiny flaws, the colors are fresh and vivid. The cabinet sides are in great shape, no major scuffs or wear. The backglass looks really nice, great artwork and no wear. The machine plays perfect, smooth, the flippers are strong, sound is awesome! Will make a wonderful addition to any home or business. Terminal to terminal freight shipping or shipping to any business address you provide is the least expensive method. Charges range $100 to $200, if you do not have a business address, you can pick up freight from shipper's nearest terminal.
Standard "door to door" freight shipping to home or business wih no dock. Merchandise will be delivered "curbside", you are responsible for removing from truck and taking into your home. Estimated charges usually range from $150 to $250. A liftgate may be added to lower item to ground level for $50-$85 extra.
Last is the "White Glove" delivery service where the driver/s will remove the freight from the truck and bring inside your home for $395(ground floor only, no stairs). They will do stairs for an additional charge.
