This very rare beautiful collectible 1995 LIMITED EDITION 50^TH ANNIVERSARY “BARBIE” FINE PORCELAIN NUMBERED DOLL is new, in excellent condition, in the original boxes, and has only been removed from the box to take pictures for this ad.  Dressed in rich, red velvet adorned with 50 roses, Barbie is breathtaking. Her slender gown tapers to a row of glittering red beads, then flares dramatically at the bottom into dozens of shiny gold tone metallic pleats.  Her magnificent stole and headpiece echo the beauty of her dress, adding even more drama, while long fingerless gloves highlight her delicately painted nails. To compliment her ensemble, Barbie wears red and gold bead earrings and a special commemorative 23 KT gold electroplated bracelet with “Mattel” on one side and “50^th” on the other.  She is flawlessly handcrafted from head to toe of fine bisque porcelain.  Her meticulously sculptured, hand-painted face features a new eye-painting technique making her even more realistic-looking than ever before.  Each of these LIMITED EDITION BARBIE doll is individually hand numbered and bears a special 18kt gold stamping “50 YEARS” emblem to assure her authenticity.  This wonderful treasure comes in the original gold box and with the original packing material in tact, with the original doll stand and red shoes, the original 50th “GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY” booklet that has the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY incorporated on the back page, Original Registration Card, Instruction Card for caring for this delicate treasure, the outer shipping box and the original receipt where I purchased her from Toys R Us for $541.24.  Dimension – Barbie is approximately 13 ½ inches tall.

We are the original owners of this collectible heirloom doll and purchased it new in 1995.  This doll has been stored in a completely smoke and pet free environment.  We are in the process of downsizing; therefore are selling due to display space limitations.
