We purchase our vehicles from individuals, auto auctions and insurance companies.  When we receive our vehicles they are each given their own stock number, this stock number is transferred to each part removed for sale. Our trained and experienced inventory staff will start the vehicle if possible, and test the parts for functionality. They then inspect each vehicle and inventory the reusable parts. Next all our vehicles are processed by our trained dismantlers. All fluids will be drained, checked for debris and recycled properly. Then each reusable part is removed from the vehicle, tagged and stocked for sale. Our last point of quality control is our shipping department. With the knowledge that you need the parts you ordered on time and in as described condition, our shipping department staff, are the ones that help us make it happen. They clean and re-inspect the parts while packaging them with care.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by check.
It is VERY important to read through this thoroughly before finishing the check out.
SHIPPED ITEMS:
This applies to all items under 100lbs. Items processed normally through our system will leave with UPS, FedEx or DHL. A tracking number will be e-mailed to you when available. Shipping is not refundable under any circumstances. Customer is also responsible for return shipping. Items returned for reasons other then warranty claims are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We do not ship outside of the continental US.
You must inspect all freight BEFORE signing for it.
In the event your freight is damaged in transit, failure to follow the instructions below can result in non refund of your purchase due to non payment of freight damage claim.
1. Note on the freight bill any obvious damage at the time of delivery (i.e. box corners crushed, tears, rips, marks, ect.)
2. If you suspect internal damage, OPEN IMMEDIATELY
3. Even if no damaged goods are suspected, open the carton within 24 hours and make a thorough inspection.
4. Hold all damaged goods and their packaging materials for inspection.
5. Call us immediately so that we may assist you in the claims process.
Bear in mind that you are signing a legal document when you are signing the freight delivery receipt under the statement "received in good condition except as noted." By following these guidelines, we hope to keep our shipping problems to a minimum and can continue to offer you consistent, quality service.

FREIGHT ITEMS (Engines, Transmissions, Seats, Etc..):
Shipping items via freight carriers is dealt with on a per case basis.
The Following terms apply when buying an engine, transmission, seats, or other oversized item from us.
Items are shipped to either a commercial address or a local terminal for pick up NO EXCEPTIONS.
Commercial address:
 A commercially zoned area able to unload a freight item from a freight truck. Example would be the shop that’s doing the work for you. A shop operating at a residence or farm is not considered commercial unless it’s a commercial zoned area. This location must have a loading dock or fork lift to take delivery. We will not cover multiple delivery fees and lift gate fees if the locations are unable to unload the truck. If you need a lift gate please contact us before hand, lift gate service is an additional $50-$75.

Warranty Agreement
All our parts come with a 90 day refund or replacement warranty unless otherwise stated. Our terms and policies are as follows.
Our warranty starts at the time of sale, also known as the Invoice date, not the installation date.
We do not offer labor Warranty under any circumstances. The warranty is void if you modify or disassembled the part in anyway with out contacting us first.
 
Bolt on Parts Warranty
The following is a partial list of what is considered a “Bolt on Part”:
Alternators, Starters, power steering pumps, AC Compressors, steering gears (racks), throttle bodies, turbocharger's, ect.. When in doubt ask.
All Items are sold as in good working used parts condition.
Any electrical sensors that may be included on an assembly are not covered by our warranty.
Some pulleys may need to be changed depending on application.
All AC Compressors include the clutch and pulley. The clutch and pulley assembly is covered by our warranty.
Steering gears(racks) may include tie rod ends, we do not cover the tie rod ends. It is always recommended they be replaced with new ones when making the repair.
Shipping credits and/or return costs are at our discretion. We do not cover shipping on items incorrectly purchased.
Interior parts Warranty
The following is a partial list of what is considered an Interior part:
Interior trim pieces, shifters, rear view mirrors, temperature controls, sun visors, ect.. When in doubt ask.
If you are not happy with the appearance of an item please let us know.  We do our best to describe them accurately.
Temperature controls are sold as good used working units.
Engine Warranty
 Engine blocks and Heads:
 Our warranty covers only the block and heads.
All engines are sold with the understanding that harness, sensors, fuel system, manifolds, ect.. may need to be changed to fit your application
All engines are sold as used long blocks.
The following is a partial list of what is considered parts possibly included but not covered under warranty:
Intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, throttle bodies, fuel rails, fuel  injectors, egr valves or other emissions  system parts, wiring harnesses, crank  sensors, cam sensors and any other electrical sensor that may be included,  valve covers, distributor, carburetors,  flywheel, ect...
Transmission Warranty
Our transmissions are sold as good used working  parts with mileage as stated if available.
Most automatic transmission will include the torque converter which is covered by our warranty. We do not cover any part of the clutch system; it is always recommended to replace the clutch when installing a manual transmission. Any cables, mounts, or linkages included are not covered under warranty.
All Wheel Drive transmissions such as Audi, Subaru, Volvo ect. Include the internal differentials and transfer cases. The only exception is 4 matic Mercedes transmissions that have external transfer cases.
4x4 Truck and SUV transmissions do not include transfer cases.

Returns

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the shipping cost.
