Shipping cost within the continental USA as shown below.  Elsewhere, shipping charges will apply (I only charge actual cost of postage + $1 for packing materials).  I always combine shipping on multiple purchases within a 1 week purchase window. 

Insurance is not offered for lots less than $50.  Otherwise, $1.50 for USA will be added to the final cost unless you specifically request otherwise.  I cannot be held responsible for the mistakes of shippers.
