Shipping

All shipping originates from 62656 zip code.  Shipment will be either USPS Priority Mail/Parcel Post/etc or USPS. 

Items with UPS option in the calculator will in most cases be shipped via Fed-Ex, use the UPS rate as a guide, generally Fed-Ex is slightly cheaper

  Orders are generally shipped within 3 days after full payment has been received. Most are shipped  same or following day.

Before leaving   Neutral or Negative Feedback, Please let us know if there's is anything you're not satisfied with.  We do everything in our power to make sure you are pleased, and willing be willing to work with you in the event there's something wrong.

When considering Detailed Seller Ratings (1-5 stars) please keep in mind somethings we do not have any control over, some we do.

Item Description

• Consignment items: We can only furnish as much infomation as we are given
• We will research as much as possible before an item is listed
• We will disclose any defects in the description if known, if we miss somthing we will take responsibility
• Pease read the entire Description.. if something is not mentioned please do not assume it is/is not included.... if in doubt please ask

Communication:

• We are a small operation, we try to answer questions/concerns as quickly as possible
• Please try to ask questions before items end.
• If you need somthing clarified before or after item ends please let us know
• When we have multiple items ending daily, it sometimes takes a while to get invoices sent
• If you do not receive Tracking info about your item with-in 2 business days of payment let us know

Shipping Time:

• We do ship most items the same day or following day after payment is received
• If payment is received lat Saturday or Sunday your item will Ship following Monday
• When considering ship time, Was item shipped within 2 days or less of making payment ?
• Once your item is picked up by chosen carrier, we have no control over shipping time
• International: Shipping times vary greatly, Your item may be delayed in Customs
• If you do not receive your item in a timely manner let us know ASAP, we will look into it immediately

Shipping Charges:

• We do NOT make a  profit on S/H
• We do charge a small fee around $2.00 or Less per package to cover Materials
  • For large Items/Packages slightly higher
• We only use New Packing Supplies, which do cost us (except Priority Supplies)
• We do not set the  postage rates, every carrier calculates postage rates on Weight & Size of package
• In the event of overpayment of S/H we wil refund the difference
• If you feel you were overcharged, please let us know and we'll look into is ASAP
