• We must hear from you within 3 days after close of auction for payment arrangements. PAYPAL is always preferred.

• If you are bidding on multiple items, and you wish to pay with Paypal, please wait until we send you an invoice, that way all items are on one invoice, if you don't, payment will be refunded and a new invoice will be reissued.

• Please contact us for shipping rates and delivery methods and include your State/Zip Code or Province/Postal Code with your request.

• All orders will be shipped within 24 hours after receipt of Paypal payment.

• We ship via Canada Postal Service, with methods that include Regular Surface, Air or Expedited Surface with tracking number.   The methods available are determined by Canada Post based on the size, destination and weight of the parcel. Xpresspost or Courier are also options of delivery, but we only ship via these methods, if a Buyer specifically requests it.

• We will combine shipping on all multiple purchases, unless it compromises the safe delivery of the items.

• We will ship only to the address registered with Ebay, unless other arrangements are submitted by the Buyer.

• AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND: We really want your business, however, please request shipping costs before placing your bid. Shipping to Australia and New Zealand can be very expensive, so I don't want you to be "shocked" when I send you the invoice!

• Glass and Ceramics are NOT subject to insurance coverage. Canada Post does not insure any item that falls into the glass or pottery category, insurance coverage is for loss ONLY.  This is my policy too, so please make sure you understand this before you start bidding.

• If there is more than one "insurable" item in the parcel, but only one has broken, the shipping costs will be pro-rated and refunded based on how many items were damaged. All "insurable" items are covered up to $100.00 CDN at no extra charge to the Buyer. Items that are valued at $100.00 or more, insurance cost will be added if requested by the Buyer. All loss or damage claims with Canada Post will be initiated by us, after picture proof of damage is provided by the Buyer.

• Please notify us if you have any special instructions for the Postal Carrier, ie. leave package at door, signature required, etc.
