*A note on Detailed Seller Ratings. The Detailed Seller Rating system is designed to keep seller honest. So that buyers get the best products out there. This is good when you got dishonest folk selling stuff. Unfortunately, for the many honest sellers the system sometimes works against us. On the surface the 5-Star system looks pretty straightforward: Very Bad, Bad, Neutral, Good, and Very Good. But did you know that if a seller consistently receives 3-Stars they would lose all their selling privileges - not so Neutral. Even at consistent 4-Stars, the "Good" rating, the seller is penalized with higher fees and poor showings in the search results - not so "Good", eh? So, please, if there is some reason you feel that you cannot give a seller a 5 star rating in every category, contact them first. For most of us, our livelihood depends on it.

We describe the items listed as best we can. We are not experts on all the items we sell. If you feel that we are misrepresenting an item, please contact us. It is our sincere desire to conduct ourselves in our eBay business honorably. Any error or omission in our description is unintentional! My dignity is worth far more than to lie about an item just to get a few extra buck!
Don't let a low opening bid cause you think less of the item. Most of my items are purchased from Estate Sales, Yard Sales, Auctions and Thrift Stores. The opening bid is set low to simply cover my costs. This keeps eBay fun! So, bid now, cause if it moves into my store the cost increases!
Payments
We accept PayPal as per eBay's rules. I will make no exception to this rule as it could jeopardize my business, so please don't ask. Please pay within 3 days of purchase. If you expect a delay, please e-mail promptly. I really don't like to file Unpaid Item Reports. I pretty easy-going, please just e-mail so we can work something out.
International Shipments - IMPORTANT NOTICE
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these costs will be prior to bidding. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping carrier/freight company or when you pick up the item from your local postal center. Do no confuse them with additional shipping charges. Finally, we will not mark merchandise values below winning bid/purchase price, nor will we mark items as gifts. The United States and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
We ship items Priority Mail International. There is a $10.00 handling fee for items shipped via First Class International. This covers tracking, insurance and my time spent standing in line at the post office.
Shipping & Handling
All items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment. We package your item with care. However, since we cannot guarantee what happens en route, we encourage you to purchase insurance if it is not included in the shipping cost. We are not responsible for uninsured items lost or damaged by the shipping carrier. If your item has not arrived in a reasonable period of time, please contact the shipping carrier. We also encourage our customers to order multiple items because combined shippingsaves money. Generally, the base shipping cost of the heaviest item and then an additional $2-$3 more for each additional item, depending on the weight, size and destination. So check out our other items! And finally, I am eco-friendly, so there are times that I may reuse a box or not package a sturdy item with unnecessary packing material. Please know that I will wrap so that your item arrives safe!
Our shipping costs include the actual cost to ship, package materials and insurance (unless optional). We do not profit shipping charges. I cannot state it more plainly. We do not overcharge on shipping. In fact, I have made a number of refunds to customers who overpaid. "Standard Shipping" is listed to give me the ability to ship by whichever method will get it to you the quickest at the best cost. Again, if I overcharge you I will send a refund.
We keep tabs on the length-of-time-en-route for our items. On average, both shipping carriers deliver the items well within their stated delivery time, except during the holiday season when you can count on delivery times doubling.
Refunds
Due to a recent increase in buyer's remorse refunds I am making some changes to my refund policy.
It is our goal to have happy customers by providing you with quality products & great customer service. If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please contact us. We will do our best to make it right. Returns will be granted ONLY if I have inaccurately described the item. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery of your intent to return. Perhaps we can come to an agreement without the hassle of a refund. Refund of the winning bid is provided as money-back. Original shipping charges are NOT refundable. The shipping carriers often do not refund shipping costs, even for insured items, therefore we cannot refund the original shipping cost.Customer must pay to ship the item back to us. If an item is returned to us without prior notification a refund will NOT be issued.
