One extremely nice Ultra Cameo 1996 S Kennedy half dollar Proof graded by NGC as PF 69 Ultra Cameo!!   You'll probably pay close to $400 for a PF 70.   I just searched and didn't find any other NGCs of this year.  I don't think it is that rare, but I was surprised!  So I'm going to ask top dollar for now, but if you would like to negotiate - then please make an offer!
