After the historic tragedy of September 11, 2001 that changed our country forever, these amazing coins were recovered from GROUND ZERO from the Iron Mountain Vault (The official Comex Depository) located directly under the World Trade Center.  These coins were moved under heavy guard by Brinks and stored under lock and key until they were certified and graded by PCGS.   Under the intense heat and destructive conditions, most everyone agrees that is is a miracle that anything survived!  This is your opportunity to own an amazing piece of history and a priceless investment that should only increase in value.  No one seems to know the exact population of these but everyone seems to agree that each of these are VERY RARE.  Good luck.

-Most of our auctions are designated as "private" so that your ID is not compromised.  This makes for a much safer and secure transaction.  This will also curtail others from stealing your eBay ID and potentially sending fraudulent "second chance offers" or spoof emails. Your privacy and protection are of our utmost concern.  I encourage you to check feedback for our reputation.

-"FREE" shipping (with insurance included at no-charge) is offered only at "Buy It Now" price; otherwise, shipping and insurance costs will be added to the total.

-If Insurance costs are not included in the listing, then it will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.   USPS charges 1%.  EXAMPLE:  $500 item = $5 for insurance, $1000 item = $10 for insurance, etc.

-U.S. Postal Service shipping only.  For your protection, signatures are required on all items. Tampering or interfering with the mail is a federal offense. We will investigate all claims and prosecute in the event of fraud.

-We ship promptly after your payment clears our bank.

-We communicate best by email at chippijoslin@yahoo.com  and will get back to you in a professional and timely manner. 

-U.S. shipping only to U.S. registered eBay accounts within the 50 states. NO EXCEPTIONS. We can not ship to any U.S. Address where a signature confirmation is not available. Sorry, NO APO/FPO Shipping.

-Return Policy, when offered, will be as stated in the listing. Refund will not be made until customer completion of mutual cancellation form which will be initiated by BestCoinSiteCom. We do not refund postage.

-If payment is not received within seven (7) days of the purchase or close of auction, the item will be returned to stock and the sale is considered null and void. Additionally, we may leave negative feedback and you may be blocked from future bidding. 

-You must notify us of how you intend to pay within 24 hours of auction closing.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the sale.

-Unless otherwise agreed upon, we combine shipping for items purchased in the same day only.  Most items will be shipped by USPS registered mail. Other orders may be shipped by FedEx and are quoted on a case by case basis.
