The costume worn by Fair Valentine Barbie doll, the third in a series of Hallmark Special Edition Barbie dolls, is inspired by the fine art portrait featured inside. Created to celebrate the centuries-old tradition of exchanging valentines on Feb. 14th, the Be My Valentine Collector Series Barbie dolls wear gowns modeled after the fashions of the 1830's, which reflect the motif of the elaborate, lace-embellished greetings of this time.
