SHIPPING

I ship with the USPS. I use all forms available from the USPS to deliver your package safely and quickly. S/H charges are $3.00 for the 1st 15 cards won. So the more cards you win the more you will save on S/H cost. The USPS rates just went up again. If more then 15 cards are won at any one time S/H charges will be provided in your Ebay invoice so please wait to receive this before making paypal payment. This only applies to single card auctions. ****DELIVERY CONFIRMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE S/H CHARGE**** All lots & larger items will ship at a fixed price and that will be listed in the auction. ****EFFECTIVE 1/01/09 ALL ITEMS AND PACKAGES WILL SHIP WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION INCLUDED. THIS IS INCLUDED IN THE S/H COST.**** Insurance is offered and will be required for any item ending over $50.00. I will ship out cards on Wednesday and Thursday following auctions that end on Sunday. REFUNDS AND RETURNS

I do offer refunds for those buyers who are not completely satified with their card and or cards. Refunds will be issued less S/H. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the card.
