Because of USPS losing items and damages (A well packaged car rim) we are moving our shipping to FEDEX. I do know that our shipping calculators say USPS, but if we mark it as anything else the BUYER is charged way too much. Remember that FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes, and these items will be shipped USPS at the buyers cost. We ship all International orders as well as Media mail with USPS. If you are not satisfied with your item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If you wish to return the item at that time, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us within the next 48 hours and providing valid tracking information. For the refund to be processed, you must include: 1) The original item in exact condition you received it. 2) The original invoice/receipt for purchase detailing parties involved and item numbers. 3) A written statement documenting specific reason(s) you were dissatisfied.
