Buyer Requirements
Ebayers with 10 or fewer feedback must email us prior to bidding / buying / making a best offer or we reserve the right to cancel your bid and block you from purchasing from us in the future. We require contact be made to us via email within 3 days after winning bid / purchase to notify us of your payment intentions. If no contact is made within the 3 days we will offer the item to next highest bidder or relist the item at our option. We will then file a nonpay report to Ebay, block you from purchasing from us in the future and possibly use an outside collection company.

International Buyers
Pay Pal is the only payment method accepted for international sales.
We are also limited on the countries we will ship to. Please check here to see if your country is listed as one we cannot ship to, prior to purchasing from us.
Orders outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country/region. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country/region to country/region; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when purchasing from me, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country/region in which you are receiving the goods.

Questions
We try to answer Emails as quickly as possible. If you have a question about an item up for auction, please Email us at least 6 hours prior to item ending or we may not be able to get back with you and your answer in time before the auction ends. If we do not reply to your email with-in 24 hours, please resend your email as it may not have been delivered to us.

Returns
We do not take returns. All sales are final. We try to accurately describe each item we list. Most items we list are in brand new condition and come from our Brick and Mortar store inventory. We also sell gently used or near new items from time to time & they are inspected for quality prior to being listed for sale. In a rare instance that we allow a return, shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.Please ask questions prior to bidding / buying / making a best offer, if you are not sure about something.

Insurance Terms
We offer insurance on all of our auctions as an option to the buyer. Insurance is required on all international sales! We recommend insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items once in the shippers hands. If insurance is purchased and a claim needs to be filed, we will assist the buyer with the claim and provide receipts to the buyer. Buyer is responsible for filing any claims with shipper. We may at our own option use another insurance company besides the one offered by the USPS or UPS. If insurance is purchased, proof will be provided apon written request.
