International buyers are welcome, International Items Must be shipped via Priorty oe Express Mail with Insurance and Return Receipt or other Proof of Delivery that your Country allows. These charges are paid for by the buyer. No Exceptions. Too many items that are never heard from again and I Must have some form of proof of delivery to protect both the seller and the buyer.
