Geometry:

I measure the top tube at about 23 inches and the standover at about 30 inches.

Specifications:
This bike is completely original/stock, with two exceptions - 1) no pedals are included and 2) the front/left shifter has recently been replaced with a Shimano Alivio.  Even the tires are original.  Complete specifications can be found by following the link below, but basically you are looking at:
- Reynolds 631 steel frame
- Manitou 3.15" (80mm) suspension fork
- Shimano LX/XT drivetrain and hubs
- Avid linear pull brakes
- Titec post/bar/stem/bar-ends

Condition:
I'd estimate it has no more than a few hundred miles on it.  The tires show very little wear (and are not drying out, despite their age), though the rear brake pads do show some wear and if you ride in wet or muddy conditions, the rear brake pads will need replacement in the near-term.  Other than the rear brake pads showing some wear, the bike is in excellent mechanical/functional condition.

I'd put it in great cosmetic condition.  There are some scratches and scuffs throughout, but nothing really major.

Overall, the bike reflects a bike that has seen relatively little use.  Original retail in 1999 was $1100.
