I describe the items as closely as I can but if you feel you have a problem then please contact me so that we can attempt to sort the matter - I am reasonable person but different people have different expectations! Please dont email me with threats or in a rude manner, treat me in a way that you would like to be treated - be fair with me & I will be fair with you! Thank You

All returns must be pre-agreed with me & must be returned in the condition they were sent in, i.e with tags etc.

New Items - The new goods that I sell are surplus stock, they are not seconds or faulty tock so there should not be a problem, but if you feel you have a problem with an item from my new stock or if its faulty, please let me know so we can sort it out. If an item is faulty I will be happy to exchange it & as soon as I have the item back, I will send the replacement by return of post. This relates to faulty / misdescribed goods only. Extensive measurements are given for the goods & sizes are stated also within the descriptions so please read them & check with another similar garment you may have before bidding / purchasing as I cannot be responsible for items that dont fit or that you dont like - you know your shape & size so please ask as many questions as you like to ensure the correct fit. 

UNDERWEAR / SWIMWEAR - I do not refund / exchange on underwear or swimwear due to the nature of the goods.

Vintage / Second Hand Goods - The second hand / vintage market is a different kettle of fish & items are sold as pictured / described - if you require further information, please ask as there areno returns on these items as often, people wear them for a party / occasion & then try to return them for a full refund. 

If you have a problem with anything at ll you have purchased from me, please contact me upon receipt of the item so that the matter can bedealt with as quickly & efficiently as possible.
