This 10 year-old beautiful Martin guitar has barely been played. The gorgeous style 45 abalone pearl appointments, gold hardware and solid woods makes this guitar a work of art and pleasure to play.

Up for auction is a mint 1999 Martin OM-42 with the original Martin hardshell case. This collectible 1999 model is the first year Martin reissued the OM-42 to the Standard Series and it has many of the Vintage Series features. This is 1 of the only 122 OM-42's made in 1999. The solid Sitka Spruce top has a nice amber color. The solid Indian Rosewood sides and backs have a deep dark colored grain. This model has a Mahogany neck with Ebony fretboard and Gotoh gold open-geared butterbean tuning keys. Frets are immaculate. The Abalone pearl snow flake inlay accents are vibrant and rich in color. The Ebony bridge has abalone snow flakes and abalone dots on the bridge pins. The finish is still mirror like in that you can see my reflection taking the picture. I am the second owner. The original owner still had the plastic covering on the pickguard. I removed it and the pickguard looks new. And don't forget that Martins are famous for their sound. The original Martin 630 case is in excellent condition.

As a bonus, I will include six brand new sealed sets of Fender 60L Phosphor Bronze acoustic strings. Must see to appreciate. The prices of new Martins are skyrocketing.
