The Windsor Bears Of Cranbury Commons RANDY "All Bundled Up", 5 inches tall, Reg. #371 of 1244.  Dated 1999.  Precious teddy bear all bundled up in winter clothes, with hat, boots, scarf, gloves, earmuffs, and snowsuit, pulling a sled.  Too cute and very well made, highly detailed.  The bottom of the base is marked with the name, series, title, registration number, and date.  Rather large and very heavy!
