In order to keep our prices low and competitive, we are not able to cover return shipping.

We, the seller will cover shipping costs to send a replacement.

All AC Adapters we sell are generic 3rd party replacement adapters, they are not OEM and may differ from the pictured item.

We are not responsible for data loss on hard drives under any circumstances due to misuse, mishandling, or improper use. We recommend the purchase of two drives to have a mirror of all files 

All sales are final. Returned non-defective items are subject to 15% restocking fees. S & H fees are not refundable
