Outstanding quality 19th century 84 silver ladies Russian cigarette case with neillo decoration . TROYKA in neillo on the front. Entire case covered with neillo decoration. Gilded on the inside. Green stone on the side. Engraved initials ( J C N J R) Marked on the side with 84 and maker mark ( A K K ) . Excellent antique condition. No damage or repairs.  No neillo lose. No visible dents.
