Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges:

All RAM modules sold from GBRAM are guaranteed against manufacturing defects with our Lifetime Warranty. Abuse, neglect, and use of RAM modules other than their intended purpose void our Lifetime Warranty. Normal wear and tear due to regular usage is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty policy.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please contact us through any one of eBay messaging options. Most of the time, exchanges for defective items are easily handled through email messages. However, in more complicated cases or at your request, a telephone number will be provided for further assistance.

Refunds/returns are accepted at GBRAM. Funds are credited back to the customer’s credit card or PayPal account when GBRAM receives the item being returned for refund/return.

In cases involving a return of a non-defective RAM chip(s) in exchange for another type of memory module(s), GBRAM will NOT reimburse shipping charges incurred to customers for mailing items back to us. Customers will be responsible for ALL shipping charges involved with non-defective item exchange(s).

Please note that the refund amount customers receive for non-defective item(s) returns/refunds will NOT include initial invoice shipping charge(s); customers will forgo initial invoice shipping charge(s) in non-defective item return/refund related cases. Initial invoice shipping charge(s) will be returned to customers only in cases involving error in shipping (i.e. shipping an incorrect item), chips with compatibility issues, or refunds/returns/exchanges for defective product(s).

Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of auction closing to return a non-defective item for any reason -- no questions asked.
