Shipping Rules and Policies

United States and US Territories

WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING

1.       1 oz to 13 oz is $1.70 1^st ounce and $.18 per ounce thereafter.

2.       14 oz to 4 lbs is $5.99 shipping and handling Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope.

3.       4 lbs to 65 lbs is $11.50 Shipping and Handling for Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box.

4.       We do not use the Small or Large Flat Rate Box as these will not work for us.

5.      We do our best to ship within 24 to 48 hours, but occasionally run out of some products. We then ship as soon as possible.

Multiple Purchase Policies:

1.      If you want or need multiple items PLEASE do not pay for items individually as we are charged a $.30 unique charge each time.  This helps us keep your prices down.

2.      If you need help on multiple purchases and how to do it, do not hesitate to call us at 405-634-6141

3.      If you make multiple purchases and the shipping exceeds $11.50, do not hesitate to call or request a total and we can adjust the invoice.

4.      If you are overcharged on shipping we do make refunds.

You are responsible for any VAT, Duty or Fees imposed by your government's Customs.  All appropriate forms are provided - we do not falsify Customs documents.  We have seen over 90% of items go through the shipping process without a hitch but occasionally an item gets pulled by a countries Customs agents and is delayed several weeks. Most products are delivered within 7 to 10 days but if checked by Customs it could take up to 6 weeks. The country we have had most of the trouble with is Italy; it averages 3 to 6 weeks for delivery all the time.
