Most items are shipped 1-7 business days after payment.
In order to keep our inventory fresh, it will occasionally take longer for some items to go out. We will do our best to notify you if we expect any delay. All items are shipped within 14 business days after payment unless otherwise noted. If you are in a hurry or need your order fast, please contact us before you order to verify that the item is in stock and let us know you would like us to put a rush on it if possible. Also, check the top of the listing to be sure our vacation settings are not on. If they are on there should be information there regarding expected delays.

Due to the handmade nature of many of our products and our ever-evolving product line; packaging, labels, and product appearance may vary. We often use stock photos that may or may not represent the exact product. Please contact us before you buy if you are concerned about the exact appearance, packaging, or estimated delivery time. Our bulk herbs and spices are packaged in zip lock or twist tie bags and plainly labeled for your convenience. Our herbs come in .5 oz., 1oz., 4oz., and 1lb. packages. If you need them packaged a particular way, please contact us before purchasing.
Essential oils are packaged in glass bottles or vials.

We offer combined S/H rates for all our products. Save the most by combining your orders for several items at once. Most items qualify for our flat rate, but some (7 day auctions and 5 lb. /bulk items) do not qualify for the same rate. We always honor the lowest published S/H rate in each listing. Please request an updated invoice before paying for the best combined rates. Automatic calculators do not always total correctly!
Payment is expected within 14 days of purchase. We encourage you to shop with us for up to 10 days. We appreciate your prompt payment after you request and get an updated invoice, as it helps us keep our business running smoothly. If you need more time to pay, please contact us.
Please do not purchase items you do not intend to pay for. We are charged a fee anytime you commit to buy, and if you change your mind, it costs us time and money. If we have not received payment or communication from you by 14 days after purchase, we will file dispute forms with eBay, and you may get an unpaid item strike. Avoid all this unpleasantness by paying for the items you buy and communicating with us if there is a problem.

We love being able to offer International shipping, and we do our best to offer reasonable rates. However, we may not always be able to honor published rates or deliver to all areas listed; as policies and rates change. We cannot be responsible for items that do not make it through customs. Please check your local customs/laws, and contact us before purchasing for the best International rates/service.

We are family owned and operated; and an earth-friendly and people-friendly business. We aim to reduce, reuse, and recycle waste whenever possible; and we encourage you to do the same. Most of our packaging is reused/recycled. If you have questions, concerns, or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Your satisfaction is absolutely guaranteed! Please contact us right away if you are dissatisfied or unhappy with your purchase for any reason. We will do our best to make it right; right away. On occasion, we may ask you to return something if there is a problem with it, so please keep your original packaging until you have inspected your order, so you can return it if necessary. In such a case, we will give you full store credit for or replacement of the item, including shipping and handling.
Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback before contacting us and allowing us make you happier. Less than a 5 star rating costs us money.
If you give us a chance, we will correct any problems that arise due to human error or misunderstanding.
