This is a Cabinet Slide Lock that is new however was removed and placed back in original packaging since it didn't fit my cabinets, so my loss is your gain.  There are 2 cabinet slide locks and fits most handles and knobs.  Opens to  3 3/4", no tools required, and has dual press & release mechanism.
