THE SEEDS, PODS, AND STEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED, HOWEVER THERE IS POD DUST AND SMALL PARTICLES THAT CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT FURTHER PROCESSING. THIS COTTON IS REALLY EXCELLENT STUFFING MATERIAL.  GREAT FOR DOLLS / BEARS / TOYS / PET BEDDING & MORE.
