2 1896 Hamms Beer Stock Certificates #1 Common & Pref

Here they are! Never offered Ever before, Hamms Brewing Company Stock Certificate #1 Preferred & #1 Common Stock.

These are company founder stocks, issued to and signed by Theodore Hamm. Both stocks have the Hamms corporate seal embossed on them.

June 1,  1896 Theodore Hamm Brewing Company Preferred Stock Certificate, number 1 issued jointly to Theodore Hamm and his son William Hamm  for 5000 shares. Sign by both of them, William as secretary, Theodore as President. 

June 1,  1896 Theodore Hamm Brewing Company Common  Stock Certificate, number 1 issued  to Theodore Hamm for 1 share.   Sign by William as secretary, Theodore as President.

Both have ledger pages riveted to the certificate, they have transferring information filled out and signed by Theodore and William on the Preferred and by Theodore on the Common.

Stocks are in decent condition, with no tears(small staple tear on Preferred ledger page lower area.,  some folds, staining on upper right corners, overall very presentable.

Actual certificates are  12" by 9". These are  Awesome Pre Prohibition beer stocks with the corporate copyrighted trademark logo Hamms Eagle holding a diamond with the H in it(for Hamms) in its mouth.

This is the only issuance of stock that Hamms ever dhad,   his is a major Hamms Brewery history offering.
