Unlike most sellers on eBay, each order is treated as a legally binding commitment between you, the bidder, and us, the seller. After the end of auction you will be emailed a seperate contract outlining the purchase terms and conditions that are binding upon both parites.   This process, combined with our years of feedback  ought to make you comfortable in knowing that you are dealing with professional ticket broker who has the resources and business integrity to make every transaction a success. 

What is the Exact Seat Location?

BIG RED TICKETS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE COMPARABLE OR BETTER TICKETS FOR THE TICKETS DESCRIBED WITHIN THIS AUCTION.  "Comparable or Better" is defined as a ticket in a lower row and/or a ticket in a section, in the same level, closer to the mid court.  This definition is based on the industry standard that tickets on mid court are the best available and tickets in the behind the baskets (and distant views) are the least desirable, therefore each section further from mid court is an inferior ticket and each section closer to mid court is a superior ticket.  Unless explicitly noted in the auction, team affiliations and team sidelines absolutely do not effect the determination of "comparable or better."  By bidding on this auction you are consenting to such a change in advance.  You should be able to tell from our years of feedback that FREE Seat UPGRADES Are COMMON and should be seen as one of the advantages of buying tickets from us.  However, if you absolutely must have this particular section and row, then PLEASE DO NOT BID ON THIS AUCTION.

Many of the tickets we receive are not delivered to us until much closer to the event.  Because we have so many seats coming to us late, we like to be able to sell them in advance.   There are many advantages to you with buying tickets from us, even when you don't get them right away.

First and foremost you get to LOCK in your price and guard against skyrocketing prices as the event gets closer. This year's ROSE BOWL game as well as the  last two Super bowls were great examples. Many of our customers who bought early literally saved THOUSANDS of dollars, and unlike so many sellers on eBay, we delivered our tickets even though it cost us tons of money by honoring our auctions. 

Second, "Good things come to those that wait",  because we receive these late,  we are often able to get better tickets than we expected. And while we can't make guarantees to any particular customer, we can often, in turn give our customers better tickets  than the ones they ordered. (see feedback for countless examples of free upgrades for our patient presale customers).

All sales are final. There are no refunds, cancellations or exchanges unless approved by Big Red Tickets.

Refunds - None are available, UNLESS the event is cancelled, not rescheduled AND a refund is issued by the event promoter. (minus shipping) Buyer must return the original tickets as you received them (no copies). All rain outs are between you and the event promoter. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.

Thrid Party  Delivery / Resale - Tickets can only be delivered to, or if applicable, picked up by the original purchaser who has both a photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets (if applicable).

Loss or Damage During Transit.  Big Red Tickets is not responsible for loss, damage or service delays caused by the courier (FED EX). Big Red Tickets will, upon request, purchase insurance at buyer's cost. 

Your bid constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the auction listing. Please ask questions BEFORE bidding. Non paying bidders are reported to eBay & negative feedback left.

Non-paying bidders will be subject to a breach of contract action in Johnson County Kansas, our principal place of business, or in the bidder’s home state/county. Bidder consents to personal jurisdiction within the  courts of the state of Kansas for all legal actions arising from this auction.
