Shipping
Once you place your order your purchase will be shipped within 5 working days or less. Please allow an additional 1-2 working days for FedEx shipping.
For your protection, MY-Diamonds:
- Insures and registers all shipments.
- Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business, home address or FedEx office.
- Does not allow delivery to P.O. boxes.
Customs:
Please note that some countries will charge additional fees at local customs (U.S. customers are not subject to any extra charges). Most countries will charge only VAT based on the declared value of the package to be paid upon delivery (most European countries) or import duties (Canada, Australia). These charges are the buyer's responsibility as they are not additional shipping or insurance charges. If you have any questions please contact us or check with your local customs office.

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied and wish to return your purchase, please follow these simple steps:
- Notify us that you wish to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt and we will issue you a return authorization number.
- The item must be sent to us within 3 days after you receive this number; which needs to be clearly marked on the outside of the box, and you are responsible for shipping and insurance.
- Once our diamond experts have inspected your return, your money will be refunded by the same payment method.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition.
- Items returned without certification will be subject to a $75 replacement fee.
Clarity Enhanced Diamonds
Most diamonds - even the most beautiful and brilliant - contain optical imperfections known as "feathers". This is a spot inside the diamond where light changes course and reflects in a different direction, causing a feathery dark spot, which, when determining a diamond's clarity rating, weighs heavily on its value.
By injecting a microscopic amount of natural material into the feather, we eliminate the dark spot, causing the diamond to appear much cleaner and clearer. The material adds zero weight, and does not alter the integrity of the diamond in any way - it simply makes it better.
- Clarity Enhanced Diamonds are 100% natural and come from the same diamond mines as all other diamonds.
- The diamond enhancement is not visible to the naked eye at all. Even trained jewelers would not be able to tell the difference, unless looking under an extremely powerful microscope.
- Because the diamond itself is not changed or altered at all, no additional care is required throughout the life of the stone. The enhancement does not deteriorate over time.
