SHIPPING TERMS

• ALL TICKETS ARE SHIPPED WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED
• We only ship Fedex/UPS...no local pick-ups...no regular mail
• Shipping is $15 for Fedex/UPS 2nd Day Insured
• If game is less than 8 days away, Shipping is $20 Fedex/UPS Overnight, unless Saturday delivery
• Fedex/UPS Saturday delivery is $30
• We will ship to Canada, Mexico, and Europe-please contact us before purchase to discuss-Canada UPS shipping-$35, Mexico/Europe UPS shipping-Price varies
• We will combine Fedex/UPS shipping if total combined purchase prices are less than $500-Duplicate shipping charges will be refunded back to the customers paypal account w/in 12 hours of purchase
• If tickets are lost by Fedex/UPS, we will get the customer replacement tickets
• If unable to get replacement tickets, customer will be issued a full refund minus shipping
• We can also ship via email if customer prefers-up to 2 hours before game time

SHIPMENT - Fedex/UPS TRACKING

• Once tickets are purchased, customer will receive an invoice from Chefko Tix inc. with Fedex tracking info on it or a Fedex/UPS tracking email sent thru paypal.com or the shippers website to the email address registered with paypal.com w/in 24 hours, unless otherwise noted in the description
• Tickets will ship w/in 24 hours unless specifically noted in a confirmation email
• Customer is also able to track their shipment thru their paypal account or the shippers website - Fedex/UPS tracking # will be registered under this transaction
• We only ship to the address that is in paypal.com-NO EXCEPTIONS!  It can be confirmed or unconfirmed, though, just has to be in your paypal account

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

• All sales are final
• No cash refunds
• Only give store credit if game is never played-if game is rescheduled, tickets are valid for rescheduled game
• No trades
• If tickets are lost by customer, we cannot get replacements
• If tickets are stolen from customer, we cannot get replacements
• If game is postponed due to weather, tickets can be used for make-up date-no refund, exchange, or store credit thru Chefko Tix Inc.
• If game/season is postponed/cancelled due to a natural disaster, we can only offer a store credit
• If season is moved to a different venue, tickets can be used at the new venue-no refunds, exchanges, or store credits
