• Multiple seats/tickets are always together (side-by-side). HARD COPY TICKETS.
• Actual seat number(s) are withheld for the privacy of both buyer and seller. Seat number(s) will be released to winning bidder upon request.
• I normally ship within (1) business day of payment. If I have not yet received the ticket(s) from the ticket agency at the time of your purchase - they will be sent as soon as I get them.
• Should your ticket(s) not arrive 48 hours before the event, I will provide you with my phone number so we can coordinate to have the ticket(s) reprinted and WAITING FOR YOU AT THE EVENT!

• The winning bidder will receive an email with payment instructions within 12 hours of the auction's end.
• If you plan to pay using Paypal, a Paypal invoice will be automatically emailed to you by eBay, containing clear instructions on how to complete the transaction.
• If purchasing ticket(s) for an event within 30 days of auction's end, Paypal is required.
• NOTE: all other methods of payment will delay shipping by (2) two weeks. If purchasing ticket(s) outside of 30 days, I will also accept Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks.

• All sales are final.
• Full refunds less shipping/listing fees will be given for cancelled events only. Refunds for cancelled events must be requested within 30 days of the event cancellation. Postponed or rescheduled events will not be refunded.
• In order to receive a refund, please return the original ticket(s) to me as you received them (no copies). No exchanges.

• Once ticket(s) are received, they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
• Due to new eBay Feedback policy, buyer feedback will only be left in exchange for positive feedback.
