If an event is canceled, the face value plus convenience fees will be refunded to the customer unless the cancellation is due to an act of God (weather, earthquake, hurricane, etc.). The return will be no greater than this or the final auction price, whichever is lowest. Refunds may or may not be granted due to postponements, rescheduling or time change of an event; as it depends entirely upon whether Ticketmaster offers a refund.
