This 2.5 ACRE LOT is located in the CANTIL Area of KERN COUNTY, California, JUST 2.25 MILES SOUTHWEST OF THE HONDA PROVING CENTER OF CALIFORNIA, a test track used for testing new car models and motorcycles.  As shown on the Google Earth aerial photo above, there is a dirt road running all along the east side of the lot, which is located 5/8ths west of a mile west of paved Neuralia Rd., approximately 2.8 miles east of Highway 14 and 7 miles north of California City.  As shown by the aerial photo, there are several buildings on the neighboring property on the north side of the lot.  To reach the lot from the intersection of Neuralia Rd. and California City Blvd. in California City, proceed north on Neuralia Rd. for 7 miles to Harriet Ave., then turn left and proceed west on Harriet Ave. for a 1/2 mile, then turn right and proceed north on Isabella Rd./Harriet Ave. for a 1/4 mile, turn left and proceed west 660' on a dirt road and then turn right and proceed north 330' on a dirt road to the approximate southeast corner of the property.  Highway 58 and EDWARDS AIRFORCE BASE are 15 miles south, Lancaster is approximately 38 miles southwest, Bakersfield is 58 miles northwest and Los Angeles is just 80 southwest of the property.  The lot is square in shape and approximately 330' x 330' in size.  There is Electricity 5/8ths of a mile east of the lot along paved Neuralia Road, and water would be by well, and sewer would be by septic.  The elevation is 2,200 feet, and the property is level and has mountain views, as shown in the photo below, which was taken in the area of the property.
