Shipping Policy:

• All items will be shipped within 48 hour (excluding weekends and holidays - example: payment received on Thusday will be ship on Monday the latest and payment received on the weekend will be ship on Tuesday the latest) but in most cases it will be ship earlier.
• Tracking numbers will be provided to paypal after payment has cleared from my bank or paypal. 
• If package was undeliverable by the shipping carrier, or if package was refused by the receiver without any damage claim, it will then be return to shipper and a refund will be issue, less shipping and handling fee listed on auction & 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping/Handling is non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

Return Policy:

• ALL SALES CONSIDERED FINAL UNLESS DAMAGED DUE TO FREIGHT OR MANUFACTURER DEFECT.
• Any damage claim or Manufacture defect has to be reported within 7 days from receiving the item.
• Buyer must provide pictures of the damaged item to support the claim and an RMA will be issue for the return.
• Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and seller is responsible for any additional shipping/handling cost for the replacement/exchange.
• An insured and tracked shipping method is advised for all returned shipments. We cannot refund or replace any item that is lost or additional damaged during the return transit.
• Return the merchandise within 5 day time frame after RMA has been issued, any item sent and stamped at the post after 5-day period from the date of RMA was issue will be refused.
