Up for auction is a 2.7 pound piece of an  Oregon Sunset Agate/Jasper  Rough.  Pictured wet under Solux lighting.    If you have any questions - or would like additional pictures- please try and ask a minimum of 24 hours before the auction ends so I have time to get to it.

Unless otherwise stated all items I list have been bought at sales. I live in a smoke free home with pets.  All items are sold as is.   Thank you for taking the time to read my auctions rules.

Bidding

Feedback will be left on all transactions. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction close unless other arrangements have been made. If no payment is received or agreement worked out at the end of 7 days, the item will be re-listed and non payment reported to eBay. Please contact me within 3 days of auction close. I am very willing to work with buyers. Please email me before bidding to make payment arrangements if you need more than 7 days to make payment.

Invoice/Payment

Invoices will be sent within 48 hours of auction close. I accept PayPal, Money Orders or Cashiers Checks. Please wait to be invoiced before paying if you won more than one item, want it shipped another way than the first option, or wish to continue bidding on other items. If you choose to pay before being invoiced I will not refund any overpayment. I am going to accept personal checks from USA bidders on a case by case basis (I will look at your feedback for the past 30 days).  YOU MUST ASK ME FIRST IF I WILL ACCEPT A PERSONAL CHECK FROM YOU! IF YOU SEND ME A CHECK WITHOUT ASKING AND RECEIVING MY OKAY IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU. If I agree to accept a personal check, I will hold off mailing purchases for 10 business days, or until the payment clears - whichever comes first.

Shipping

I will mail the most cost effective method to help you save money.  I am more than willing to ship priority, 1st class, parcel post, media mail, airmail, express etc... if allowed by the USPS.  I will also combine multiple wins to help save on postage. Buyer will pay actual shipping costs plus a handling fee. Insurance is optional but highly recommended. I will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items that are uninsured. Please use the shipping calculator to figure out shipping costs - the handling fee will be included in the shipping calculator.  (Also, remember if you have a variety of items and want them in the same package - I have to ship it at the higher cost - for example a book can go media mail but fabric can not - so if you want both items in the same package - I have to mail by what fabric rate would cost.)

I will try to mail purchases Monday - Friday excluding holidays. I can usually ship same day if payment is received by 12:00pm that day. Please remember that sometimes things come up, but I will mail purchases asap after payment is received. I will let you know when your purchases have been shipped via email.

If you win an item(s) and wish to continue bidding on other items drop me and email and I will hold off invoicing for up to 10 days to further save you on shipping costs.
