The tickets are priced low because this is a resort promotion. The prices and gifts offered are available to those who qualify and complete the approximately 90 to 120-minute Timeshare sales presentation.
The qualifications are minimal and fair:
Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase anything. No one is excluded from the tour; however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive this offer.
ü Must be a couple, traveling and completing the tour together (cohabiting couples must show they live together); Offer is not valid for singles or full-time students.
ü Must be between the ages of 28 and 65; One party of the “couple” must meet the Age Requirement.
ü Must have a combined family income of more than $50,000 US annually.
ü Can not have toured an Orlando area resort within the previous 12 months.
ü Must show a valid photo ID and major credit card at check-in. Sorry, no "Check Cards”.
ü Must speak, read, and understand either English or Spanish fluently.
ü This offer is not available for "group" reservations; a group is defined as more than one family or friends, traveling on separate promotional packages to the same destination on the same travel dates.
ü You may only attend a presentation at this resort one time. Please do NOT purchase multiple packages.
ü On the tour day, you must have spent the prior night in a motel, hotel, resort, condo or
vacation rental in the Orlando area, not staying in a campground, driving an RV or stay with
friends or family. Resort should be able verify your accommodations.

RESERVATIONS
You may place your tour reservation right after purchasing your package, your check in date should be a minimum of 3 business days after the date you place your reservation. The more notice you can give, the easier it is to book your dates. If you are traveling to the Orlando area immediately please call so we can rush your reservation.
If we cannot book your dates, we will offer you a refund or you can keep your package for future use.
All guests will receive a confirmation letter prior to travel via email. This letter must be presented to the resort at the start of the presentation. It will include directions to the resort and your tour time.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process your reservation & issue your confirmation letter.
We do have a daycare while you take your tour. Children potty trained and over 2 are welcome.

Reservations |
Reservations requests may be made immediately after auction purchase. Presentation requests may be submitted via our online reservation form. Please allow 3 full business days for processing. Once your confirmation number is received, your confirmation letter including directions and information will be sent to the email address listed on your presentation form. Reservations are not confirmed until you have received your confirmation letter by email. |

Tours |
We do not schedule tour times or set qualifications. The tours are normally conducted the morning after arrival and you are committed 90 to 120 minutes. We cannot change the terms and conditions of this vacation package offer. Married and cohabiting couples MUST attend the property tour together and have matching photo ID's with identical address. |

Reschedule/Cancellation |
Reschedules and cancellations for travel dates must be submitted at least 3 full business days prior to arrival date. Requests for cancellations or changes must be provided in writing via email for security purposes. We will reschedule your presentation one time at no cost. |

Refunds |
We always request and require travel dates. If by chance dates are unavailable, we will extend the use of the package one year or extend a refund. If you have purchased in error or if you made a non-qualifying purchase, you may be entitled to a refund. If a refund is granted beyond or stated policy, you will be responsible for paying all listing fees. |
