Asian Foo Lion Dog Art Prints

The Foo Dog is the great protector, commonly placed at home entrances, business institutions, temple gates, and government buildings.  They symbolize courage and strength and are usually portrayed with fierce expressions, large eyes, bushy mane and tail. In printed art its not uncommon to see these sacred lion dogs portrayed along with the Peony. The Peony is the 'king of flowers' and also symbolizes courage and strength.
These are PalaceProductions exclusive products and designs and are printed on a very fine quality hand made fiber paper. The paper is natural light tan color and has a slight texture that gives the prints a beautiful aged quality. These are much better quality than the average art print.

They are printed using dye inks on an exquisite fiber Lokta Paper, hand made in the Himalayan Mountains region of Nepal in a process that has remained unchanged for nearly 2000 years. All prints are printed by the artists here at Palace Productions Art Studio. We are an artist owned and operated art studio.
