Closing Costs: You will own this timeshare free and clear.  There is no mortgage and maintenance fees and taxes are current.  The  cost to the purchaser for deeding will be $4000.00 which includes the $50.00 resort transfer fee.  All timeshares sales are professionally closed. All intervals are sold free and clear of any liens or encumbrances and the deed is recorded in the new name with the resorts county court. Closing agent will also handle resort notification for new owner.

Monies Due at end of Auction: Winning bid + Closing costs of $400.00 + 2010 maintenance fees of $551.19. 

We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal which is our preferred method of payment. We also accept personal and cashier checks. Payment must be received within 3 days of end of auction.

Winning bidder will be responsible for 2010 maintenance fees.  Since some timeshare transfers can take at least 90 days these fees may have to be paid BEFORE the transfer of deed, title or membership can be completed.
