Return Policy If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, you must request a refund or an exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery date, and we must receive the return items within 14 days of delivery date. However, you must pay for all shipping costs to send the items back to us and the items must be in its original state with all packaging intact, or your request will not be honored. Also, there is a 20% restocking fee which will be incurred for each item sent back to us. All refunds will be sent by paypal, regardless of your method of payment. No refunds or exchanges will be honored for auction items and wig and hair items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns from international customers.
Missing, Incorrect, or damaged items If for any reason, you receive an incorrect item, or you are missing an item, you must contact us immediately by email to confirm the error. For electrical goods, you must contact us immediately to report malfunction or defect within 7 days of delivery date. We will do everything we can to resolve your issue. However, if you send back an item which is fully functioning or correctly shipped by us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for sending the item back.
