You are bidding on a one week (red week high demand) deeded timeshare in a chalet (7B week 8) on Ski Mountain in Gatlinburg, Tn. It is 2 br and 1.5 baths. You can view the unit by going to www.ClubChalet.com and slicking on "gallery of units" then "2 bedrooms" then ''7B". Maintenance fee for 2010 is a very reasonable $496. Club Chalet is affiliated with both Interval International and RCI. I am selling because I no longer am able to make the journey any longer. I have been able to trade thru Interval International for places like Hawaii, Mexico, Florida, Myrtle Beach and Branson.
