Payment:
All Orders Sent to Canada that are under $100.00 MUST Be Paid using Paypal ONLY! Canadian orders over $100.00 can pay using our regular payments.
Payment must be made by PayPal, cashier's check or money order (no personal or business checks). We also accept Mastercard and Visa with an authorization form that can be filled out the faxed to us. It must be received within Seven (7) days of auction close. After that the buyer forfeits the purchase and a negative feedback will be posted. Shipments to the U.S. and Canada only. Buyer to prepay all shipping and handling costs.
If your item is being crated for freight delivery, please allow us 3-5 business days for crating.
Terms Regarding Refrigeration:
The Weiler Group will guarantee the unit to work when it leaves our building. We will guarantee the compressor to be in good working condition when it leaves our building. The Weiler Group cannot guarantee against any small problems that arise because of transport. Problems such as wire becoming disconnected or a fitting shaking loose and causing the freon to leak out of the compressor. All small problems such as these will be the sole liability of the purchaser. We at The Weiler Group take every possible precaution we can to try and prevent such problems from occurring. But we cannot guarantee against such mishaps. (This does not include items being sold "AS IS")
We must collect sales tax for all sales
made in California of 8.25%.
According to the State Board of Equalization,
If you pick up the items up at our
Chatsworth, Ca. warehouse, you are subject
to Ca. sales tax.
Pick up hours are: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
8:30 am to 11:30 am
or
1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
No pick up Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.
An appointment is neccessary for pick up at our Chatsworth warehouse.
Feedback will be left after it is received.
DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF STORAGE SPACE, ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP 7 DAYS FROM THE AUCTION CLOSE DATE.
AFTER THAT TIME, THERE WILL BE A $20.00 PER ITEM STORAGE FEE.
AFTER 30 DAYS, THE ITEM IS DEEMED ABANDONED AND WILL BE RESOLD.
The only exception would be pre-approval in writing by an authorized employee.
We will help buyers load their equipment, but due to insurance purposes, the buyer is responsible for the tying and strapping down of their equipment. 2good4sale will not be responsible.

If you email on the weekend, be patient, we will get back to you on Monday.

All items that are left here for 30 days or longer will be deemed abandoned.

Any and all shipping issues are between the buyer and the carrier. We provided a logistics company to help you find a carrier and deal with carrier issues, but we are not responsible.
All items are F.O.B. our warehouse in Chatsworth California, and the seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves our dock.
*Common carriers do not offer insurance on any used items and will not pay claims for new items signed for in good order. Insurance is offered on new items but they must be inspected before signing for it. It is the buyers' responsibility to check the item condition upon receipt before the signing for the item.
