PINE TAR SOAP is effective for treatment of Eczema,

Psoriasis, Dry Skin and Dandruff.

Directions for use:

Use PINE TAR SOAP directly on your skin and/or hair to sooth dry,  itchy skin.  Wash hands, body and/or hair. Let the suds remain in your skin / scalp for about 5 minutes and then rinse with warm water. Keep your extra bars of soap in a cool dry place.

I recommend using a soap dish with slits that will keep the soap bar from sitting directly in water.  This allows the bar to dry out between use and it will last a lot longer in the shower.

Coconut Oil,  Olive Oil,  Palm Oil,  Pine Tar,  Purified Water,  Sodium Hydroxide and beeswax.

Thank you so much for making a wonderful line of products; how lucky we are to have a supplier of all natural soaps and salves right here in Forest Grove! I highly recommend your products in general, but feel they would be especially helpful for individuals with sensitive skin, eczema, and other skin conditions. They are also wonderful for infants and children. My personal favorite products are your all natural Bug Repellent, the Wintergreen Lip Balm, the Lemon Peel, Tea Tree & Lavender, Lavender Oatmeal, and Ginger Lime soaps. The Bug Repellent is great because it is safe for children and effective without the use of toxic chemicals. The Wintergreen Lip Balm provides light, lasting moisture without later drying out like most chapsticks do. All of your soaps are really nice, but I think the Lemon Peel bar would be particularly nice for those with acne and eczema. The Tea Tree & Lavender soap is a great option for anyone with athlete's foot or other fungal infections due to the natural anti-fungal properties of the Tea Tree oil. I also use this bar at my office because both Tea Tree and Lavender are antimicrobial and my hands don't dry out from repeated handwashing. I use the Lavender Oatmeal and Chamomile Baby soaps for my young children - lavender and chamomile are both gentle herbs that help calm and soothe so they are especially nice during bedtime baths. I personally like the Ginger Lime soap because the scent is so nice and invigorating - it really helps me wake up in the morning. Again, I am so pleased to have discovered your products!

Just had to write to thank you all for your Healing Skin Salve. I have had a tin of it for quite a while, an occasional and wonderful treat for my hands during the winter. I was so glad to have it when my very young son ventured down an incredibly fun but icy sledding hill, took a ramp, flew gleefully into the air and landed on his face. The entire left side of his sweet face was very badly scraped and chopped. Thought he would be pretty scared and that the scabbing and healing (and picking) would be an incredible challenge. It was not. He loved having your salve applied within the first week he had healed remarkably-it was very impressive and such a relief. Now a few weeks later, just a small patch of healing pink skin on his cheek left to go and still have half a tin left.

What a great experience it has been doing business with the Forest Grove Soap Company. I have been purchasing their great soap for two years now. The soap eradicated the bad armpit odor I used to endure, much to the chagrin of my friends. The Lemon Peel soap is great because it has tea tree oil that kills the bacteria and makes for a refreshing shower as well. The soap is so good that many of my friends now use it and find that not only does it cleanse well but it also lasts a long time. Just a great product that I haven't found an equal to in a retail store yet and now wouldn't want to, as working with the people at the Forest Grove Soap Company has been a treat. They also put out lip balm sticks and skin salve that is really terrific as well. I am very grateful the 30 year problem of bad body odor is gone two years now and hopefully forever. What a delight your lavender and oatmeal soap is.  I have sensitive skin and have to be careful with what I use on it.  This bar is amazing.  The scent lasts throughout and it has just the right amount of "scratchiness" to invigorate.  The shower smells great and it lathers up beautifully.  I am looking forward to giving it as a holiday gift.
