A: Its floating so can be used anytime. Not fixed to any dates.

A: its been revised to 599usd read further down.

 Q: When does the use year start, and when are the maintenance fees due? Are the maintenance fees monthly or annual?
A: The fees are every year. and paid Jan. the year starts Jan as well. There is 92 years left on the deeds.

A: Yes its floating time. and the same is for when you bank your weeks or exchange them.
