2 Beyer Input Transformers MC Step-Up/Mic Tube Preamp

Here's a pair of Beyerdynamic input transformers model TR/BV 351 015 006.  These have a step up ratio of 1:15, and are specified for 200:45,000 ohm impedance.  

With the 45,000 ohm secondary these work very well as moving coil step-up transformers. They're especially popular with the Denon 103 series.  They give a very clear, detailed sound, without seeming to either add or remove any low end warmth.  Extremely nice, well behaved little transformers, and their small size is well suited to the very low output power provided by MC cartridges.

Of course these also work well as microphone input transformers for either tube or FET (discrete or opamp) input preamps. 

I'll provide the high bidder with a diagram of the transformers, and I'll also be glad to help you with whatever information you might need to get them properly wired for MC step-up.  The transformer's leads are 4-5 inches in length, so they're easy to hook up.

The domestic shipping price shown is for uninsured priority mail, but if you prefer any other method or would like to add insurance, just let me know at the end of the auction and I'll send you a correct invoice.  International bidders should plan to pay the actual cost of shipping plus $1.00 to help with the cost of packing materials.
