This "Delay" is a result in us awaiting the tickets to be printed from the venue and delivered to our office. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled, not postponed. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be given for the full auction price less shipping.

We are not held responsible for missed events due to any change in dates or time. It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to verify that the date and time on the purchaser's ticket is still valid.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged tickets after they have arrived. Keep them in a safe place, since we cannot replace the tickets.
