Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer a full refund (minus shipping charges) for any event that is cancelled. We also offer a 7 day return policy for inaccurate tickets (wrong seating location, limited view not stated, wrong tickets received, etc). It is buyers responsibility to immediately check tickets for accuracy upon receipt. Q: Do you combine shipping? A: Yes, we do combine shipping on items that can be shipped to one address at one time in one package. Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? A: Unless otherwise directed in the item listing, your item will be shipped within 1 business day of payment receipt. A safe estimate is to expect your tickets within a week of purchase for USPS priority mail and 2-3 days for FEDEX Express. Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? A: We charge flat shipping rates that cover the actual shipping charge, applicable insurance, delivery tracking, materials, and time involved to prepare shipments and make trips to the post office. These charges are $7.99 for USPS priortiy mail and $19.99 for FEDEX Express. Q: Do you ship internationally? A: International shipping is determined on a case-by-case basis. Buyer should inquire on availability prior to bidding or purchasing.

Q: Do you accept paypal? A: No, we do not accept paypal payments. Credit card payments, while not currently offered, should be an option in the near future. Payment options are clearly stated in each listing. Q: Are these seats side-by-side A: All seats are always side-by-side unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing. Q: What are the seat numbers? A: We will never, under any circumstance, provide exact seat numbers to prospective buyers. Actual seat numbers will be made available only after purchase. Any factors such as limited view, obstructed view, etc due to seat location will be noted in the listing.
