MONEY ORDER

Please inform me within 48 hours of auctions end your intent to pay with a money order; if you do not I will assume your method of payment as PayPal. When paying by money order I expect payment to be mailed within 7 days of auctions end. I expect to receive payment within 14 days of auctions end. If I do not receive payment within 14 days I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay.

PAYPAL

When paying by PayPal I expect payment to be made within 5 days of auctions end. If payment isn't made within 7 days of auctions end I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute with eBay.

When using PayPal I will only ship to buyers with confirmed addresses. If you make a payment and do not fit this criteria I will refund your payment and re-request payment. Not meeting this criteria does not excuse you from your obligation to follow through with payment.

COMBINED SHIPPING

When using PayPal you must checkout though a combined invoice and pay for all your items at the same time. It is PayPal's policy that each separate transaction be shipped separately. When using PayPal and combining shipping please make sure I have your PayPal account email address in case I need to invoice you through PayPal.

If you have already sent payment through PayPal and would like to take advantage of combined shipping I can refund and re-invoice you. As long as you contact me before I ship your items I have no problem extending this service to you.

SHIPPING

I only ship priority mail. Shipping priority saves me on packing costs which are passed on to you. It also gets your item to you in a timely manner.

I make post office drop offs on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday nights at 10PM Central Time. Using the after hours drop enables me to ship multiple times a week however it also limits what I can ship. Because of this I do not ship oversize packages or International.

HANDLING FEES

I charge a flat handling fee based upon your total invoice amount. Handling fees are always stated in the auction and already taken into account in the shipping calculator. My handling fee covers my expense in packing and shipping your item plus insurance. When combining shipping the handling fee will be based upon this scale.

• $50.00 - $99.99 --- $3.00
• $100.00 - $150.00 --- $4.00
• $150.00 and UP --- $5.00

INSURANCE

All my shipments are insured and I use different insurance methods based on payment type and amount. When paying by money order I always use USPS insurance so buyers can save the expense of returning the item and file claims themselves. When paying by PayPal I have the right to choose insurance methods since PayPal will require you to return the item and it's packaging to me.   

Please contact me as soon as possible if there is a problem with your auction. I am always ready and available to handle any dispute regardless of payment method. I provide multiple pictures and give accurate descriptions of my items to avoid after sale conflict. Please understand what you are bidding on and your responsibilities and rights as a buyer.

I only provide refunds via PayPal.

PAYPAL

When paying by PayPal I always require the item and it's packaging to be returned to me to be eligible for refunds. If the return is due to shipping damage or my error I will refund the whole payment amount including shipping. However I will not cover any expense you incur to return the item. You have 3 days to contact me and 1 week to ship the item for a refund.

MONEY ORDER

When paying by money order I always provide USPS insurance on your item. This is a convenience for you to recoup your losses if the item is damaged during shipping. USPS does allow the recipient to file claim forms and any refunds will come from USPS not me.

I'm a homemaker who sells my own but mostly my husbands ;) personal items. I am not a business or represent myself as one. Most of the items I sell are used but in excellent condition (there are no children in the household to muck our items up.) However we do have pets and the occasional smoker in our home.
