Shipping:
Unless otherwise specified in the auction above, the winning bidder will recieve the tickets via FEDEX OR DHL for cost.
EMAIL delivery is available ONLY if it is specified in the listing above.
Please keep in mind that Fedex does NOT include weekend or holidays in delivery time. If you need Saturday delivery or 10:30 am Delivery, please contact us. All tickets ship either the next business day if payment is received after 5pm est or same day if payment is received prior to 5pm est.
Shipping insurance is optional but, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. If you do not select insurance, you will release USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS and us from any type of liability if your package is damaged or lost.
You will receive a tracking number from fedex to your PAYPAL email address upon shippment. Please check all of your email folders, as sometimes it gets sent to your junk mail or spam mail folder.
Fedex can only ship to a real address, so please NO PO BOXES. And if possible, please provide a phone number with your paypal payment for the fedex shippment.
Also when you check out, make sure you include a phone number in with the payment so the shipping carrier can contact you if there is trouble delivering your package. Your phone number will not be added to any kind of sales list.

Payment Types:
All major credit cards are accepted through PAYPAL for this auction. Additionally, we can accept all major credit cards over the phone as well.

Payment Time Table:
If event is within 8 days or less: Auction must be paid in full within 2 hours.
If event is over 8 days away: Auction must be paid in full within 24 hours.
If event is over 30 days away: Auction must be paid in full within 48 hours.
All auction will be relisted or resold if payment is not made within the allotted time period, unless other arrangements are made. Please contact us within the allotted time if other arrangements need to be made.
Tickets are time sensitive so please take all measures to pay ASAP.

Return Policy:
All sales are final unless event is cancelled and NOT rescheduled. No refunds will be given if tickets are lost or damaged. Please treat your tickets like its cash
If your event is cancelled and not rescheduled, then a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued as long as original tickets are returned to us.
If your event is rescheduled then your tickets will be valid for rescheduled event.
If you are purchasing tickets for a playoff or post season event, then you will be entitled to a full refund (minus the cost of shipping) if your team either 1) does not advance or 2) the series comes to completion prior to your game being played.
All refunds require that the original tickets are returned to us. We suggest returning the tickets with a confirmed delivery receipt. All refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item.

Ticket Status:
All tickets ship the next business day upon payment being recieved, unless the timing of the event necessitaties quicker shipping or if the item is purchased prior to the start of the season.
If tickets are purchased prior to the start of the season, then they will be shipped when they arrive from the ticket provider. Tickets are guaranteed to be in hand prior to the start of the season.
We will provide you with periodical updates concnering the arrival and shipping of your tickets if purchased before the start of the season.
All tickets we sell are either on-hand or confirmed orders from the Ticket Provider. We do not sell any tickets that we do not have possession of or can not guarantee confirmation of delivery.
