I ship within 10 days of payment. With gas prices rising, I usually go to the post office once or twice a week. I pack all breakables in bubble wrap and peanuts. I require insurance on all items. You must put the claim in on your end if damage does occur.
All sales are final. I will refund if I have misrepresented my item. If you have changed your mind and decided that, you do not want it. I will refund your money less shipping and handling. I must be notified the day you receive your item and it must be shipped back the same day or the day after. If you receive your item and it is damaged it is your responsibility to put the claim in.
